Dickow Pump Company with its factory trained specialists performs customer services covering all facets of pump selection, installation, maintenance, repair, parts replacement, etc.

Parts
Dickow maintains an extensive warehouse of replacement parts in Atlanta, GA., with parts normally shipped and in the customer's hands within 24 hours 365 days a year. Recommended spare parts lists are routinely supplied with quotations.

Pump Selection
Dickow engineers will assist in the selection of pumps, motors, couplings, base plates, etc., so that the customer will have a pump assembly specifically designed for its needs.

Training
Dickow's engineers and trained representatives will give on site training in the use, maintenance, disassembly, and re-assembly of Dickow pumps. Dickow holds periodic seminars to train maintenance staff at its training facilities in Atlanta, GA.

Start-up
If desired, Dickow engineers and pump technicians will supervise on site start ups, normally associated with training of involved employees of the customer.

Pump Repair
Pumps can be repaired on site or at Dickow's state of the art repair facility in Atlanta.

Pump Maintenance Contracts
Dickow is prepared to enter into contracts with our customers to take over the entire pump maintenance program at a customer plant.

These services are available 24 hours a day 365 days a year. Dickow is acutely aware that it is intolerable for any customer to face a plant shutdown due to a pump failure, regardless of cause.
